Raleigh 4th of July

Came across an unusual site while visiting Downtown Raleigh this 4th of July. I wasn’t sure if it was a person, mannequin or statue but thought the picture was interesting enough to share.  It turns out it was indeed a real person.

Many of you may be thinking well what does this have to do with real estate and the answer is absolutely nothing. I realize many of you are out of town and wanted to post something fun.  It’s nice to come across something different that you don’t see daily.  You should always enjoy each day and stop to take pictures of things you find amusing so you can look back on your memory.

I know many of you have been wondering if now is the time to purchase a home or if you should wait and my answer to that is, wait for what? Wait for interest rates to go up? Wait for a missed opportunity?

Here is a great quote that will put a smile on your face;

There’s a crack in everything. That’s how the light gets in …
